GbR becomes AG - the consequent next chapter of struktur's development

struktur AG has been registered in the German register of companies (Handelsregister) under HRB 21388 since October 25, 2000, and all of struktur Neue Medien GbR activities will be carried out by struktur AG beginning December 1, 2000.

By becoming a joint stock company (Aktiengesellschaft), struktur is laying the foundation for its planned continued expansion.

Chair of struktur AG's board is Niels Mache, who - before joining struktur - was co-founder of Delix GmbH and Red Hat Deutschland GmbH, two organizations that he helped establish as market leaders. At Red Hat Deutschland GmbH, he held a key position as Director of Development.

Timm Dollinger and Patrick Walther represent the company's sales, finance and marketing departments on the board. struktur AG's operative areas of Software Development and Concept & Design are led by Philipp Dreiss and Stephan Hauber, who complete the management team.

The supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat) consists of Dr. Folkart Schweizer, Wolfgang Rück and Dr. Arbo Freiherr von Röder, who possess extensive experience in the areas of business, finance and media.

struktur AG's scientific advisors include Prof. Dr. Uwe Dreiss, one of the most renowned German patent attorneys and President of the German patent lawyer's chamber; and Prof. Paul Levi, Chair of the Department of Robotics at the University of Stuttgart.
