An Agreement made upon cooperation in electronic form solution

Thales Information Services GmbH, one of the largest enterprise consulting companies with its focal point on IT, cooperates with the software specialist struktur AG in Stuttgart. A cooperation agreement was signed last week on the "European Banking and Insurance Fair“ (EBIF) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In a frame of the partnership, struktur AG entrusts its product for the electronic form processing (icoya eForms) and digital signature. icoya eForms automates the data entry and the processing of printed form as well as electronic forms through 2D bar code. "The collaboration with Thales IS fits perfect for the future implementation of large e-solutions and e-government projects for more efficient and more secure business processes," said Niels Mache, the CEO of struktur AG.

The solution is particularly interesting for Thales IS customers from the banking and insurance sector as well as the public sector. They cannot do without forms in their daily business. Whether opening an account, concluding an insurance or registration - forms account for about 80 percent of all business documents of and in companies and public offices. Only 20 percent are formless letters.

With the struktur AG's solution, customers of Thales IS can fill in and process all the forms automatically. This cuts the cost of printing, storing, disposal and even the cost of fault correction significantly. In addition, the electronic form solution relieves the employees of the time-consuming and monotonous work to fill in. An enormous increase in productivity is the result. Because Thales IS is also the outsourcing specialist, resources that become free can be utilized in the most suitable way and can be integrated in further projects. "Thales IS GmbH in Germany offers innovative consulting for over 20 years. icoya eForms is a solution which excellently fits in with our performance and will gain great importance in the next few years," said Holger Follmann, the CEO of Thales IS.
